Founded in Pau (France) in 2016, Realtimeseismic arose from Dr Claudio Strobbia’s vision to create a geoscience company with the capability to develop and bring to market innovative geophysics solutions and methods that help improve the quality and commercial agility of subsurface imaging.

Strong demand for our advanced services has driven RTS growth, leading our expansion into offices in the UK (2019) and Australia (2021).

RTS’ geophysics innovations have attracted high-profile recognition, including winning the  ‘Innovation & Diversification’ award at the 2024 “Stars of the Economy” awards in France.

We continue to delight clients who need agile, accurate geophysics services that reduce energy exploration and development project risks.

Since 2020, we have successfully delivered over 150 projects across the full range of energy domains – oil & gas, geothermal, mining, hydrogen exploration + storage, carbon capture + storage and energy & waste, along with expert advice to government and engineering ventures.

In 2024, RTS comprises some 30 team members. We are excited to be moving our Pau office in Q1 2025 into new, modern premises at BIOTOPE.
