Mary Willis

Mary has held senior leadership positions spanning business strategy, international trade & investment, industry development, strategic communications, along with operational and project management roles.

Prior to joining RTS, her career engaged diverse industries in both government and private sectors, including Defence, Aviation, Health, Advanced Manufacturing, Science, Transport, Higher Education, the Performing Arts and cycling tourism.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (University of Sydney) majoring in biochemistry, with postgraduate business qualifications in Public Relations. Mary’s love of learning further led her to become a licensed pilot.

Mary is passionate about understanding the ‘why’, experiencing novel environments and creating/writing business stories, systems and strategies that engage people into new opportunities or concepts. Outside of work, Mary is a professional photographer who enjoys travelling to discover and share the inspiration of beautiful places and interesting people.
